Login Page

1. Introduction​

The login page is the gateway to accessing the PAPTRA platform. Users must enter their credentials to gain access and utilize its features. This section guides you through the login process and troubleshooting common issues.

2. Login Process​

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

  1. Open your web browser and go to 'https://app.paptra.com' .
  2. You will see the login interface with fields for Username and Password.

Step 2: Enter Credentials

  1. Input your username.
  2. Type your password carefully to avoid errors.

Step 3: Click on 'Login'

  1. Press the LOGIN button.
  2. If entered correctly, you will be redirected to the dashboard.

3. Reset Password​

  1. On the Login Page, click on "Forgot Password".
  2. A message will appear: "Please contact your admin to reset your password".
  3. Password reset is restricted to administrators only.
  4. Users must contact their system administrator to initiate the password reset process.
  5. The admin will access the Reset Password Dashboard and update the credentials as needed.
  6. Once reset, the user can log in using the new password provided by the admin.
