User Access

Users are granted limited access based on permissions assigned by their tenant admin. They can interact with core features but cannot modify system-level configurations.

Accessible Pages:​

  1. Dashboard – View personal activity and document summaries.
  2. Service – Upload documents and get the JSON data.
  3. Transaction – View history of uploaded and processed documents.
  4. Template – Create and manage templates for document extraction.
  5. Template Mappings – Configure automatic template selection by defining keyword-based classification rules.
  6. Subscription – View your current plan, manage credits, and upgrade or renew your subscription as needed.

Capabilities:​

  • Upload documents and get the JSON data via the Service page.
  • Create and use templates.
  • View extracted data and processing results.
  • Access dashboard insights related to their own activity.
